«Минск» по-украински: лишение гражданства вам, а не амнистию
Украина продолжает следовать «букве Минска» и пока заседает контактная группа в столице Белоруссии, в самом Киеве парламент Украины на очередном заседании, рассмотрит внесенный Порошенко законопроект № 1297, который предусматривает лишение украинцев гражданства, в случае если он нарушает основы национальной безопасности страны, пропагандирует сепаратизм и отрицательное отношение к власти.
Об этом сообщает украинский журналист Александр Шевченко. Он отмечает: «В такой расплывчатой и неоднозначной форме формулируется закон, который наверняка может стать для Украины судьбоносным. Трактовать его будут в судах весьма вольно. Тут и сомнений быть не может.
Если Рада действительно одобрит сегодня законопроект о лишении гражданства, получится интересная ситуация. Украинского гражданства лишатся многие, кто прожил всю жизнь в Украине и связывал свою жизнь с Украиной, но просто не согласен с политикой власти».
Возмущается журналист и тем, что вместо решения внутригосударственного кризиса, Украина предоставляет гражданство наемникам: «С другой стороны, мы видим, что любой иностранец, решивший убивать людей за деньги на территории Украины, может стать украинцем. Он получит гражданство и другие льготы. Возможно, что кому-то дадут жильё. Причём такой контингент может пожаловать к нам из самых неблагополучных стран мира».
«Так что эти два закона создают совершенно новую ситуацию в стране и последствия такой ситуации могут быть катастрофичными» - подводит итог Александр.
К его словам стоит добавить, что сам закон на прямую противоречит Минским договоренностям, согласно которым Украина должна была прекратить преследовать противников Киевского режима и способен поставить весь переговорный процесс под вопрос.

Какой-то самозваный парламент, какой-то самозваной недостраны 404 хочет лишать гражданства за сепаратизм. Вот вам, дорогие наши сепаратисты и террористы Донбасса. Ладно мы с вами сами захотели и вышли из этого бедлама, а теперь они сами будут решать кто может считаться "украинцем", а кто нет?
